Fall Foliage Hike: Sam’s Point, Ice Cave Trail & Verkeerderkill Falls Loop

Join us for a scenic fall hike in the beautiful Shawangunk Mountains to enjoy some of the best autumn colors in the Catskills! This Vigorous, 7-mile loop features Panoramic ridge views from Sam's Point Overlook, the adventurous Ice Caves Trail with its rocky passages and ladders, and the stunning Verkeerderkill Falls, an 187-foot waterfall. We'll hike through vibrant dwarf pine barrens, hardwood forests, and open ridgelines bursting with fall reds, oranges, and yellows. Pictures were taken by hikers at the same time last year.
