Lets hike off all those Thanksgiving calories! This year we will hike from Publix in Pompano to Lauderdale By The Sea. A short distance of the hike will be on the beach. We will spend some time by the beautiful pier area before starting back. We will also go on the beautiful Pompano Beach Pier before heading back to Publix.
WE WILL MEET AT 8:15 and hike promptly at 8:30.
THIS HIKE IS FOR INTERMEDIATE to ADVANCED HIKERS who can hike at a pace o 2.75-3 mph.
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 32 oz. WATER and snacks.
Having lunch at Lucky Fish by the Pompano Pier is an option for anyone interested in doing so .
DIRECTIONS: Atlantic Blvd east to NE26th Ave(last light before crossing intercoastal bridge) turn left and then left into Publix,and left again into parking garage
We will meet in front of store by tables.
