Blenheim Palace, Cotswold countryside & River Evenlode stunning circular

Let's go with the flow on this absolutely stunning medium / fast paced 11 to 12 mile walk featuring the iconic lakes of Blenheim Palace as well as walking in the beautiful Cotswold countryside and by River Glyme and River Evenlode and the remains of a roman villa ! Blenheim Palace is a very impressive building indeed and is the seat of the Dukes of Marlborough being the only non- royal English country house to hold the title of palace. Please note that we do not enter Blenheim Palace itself. Please arrive by 9am so as to facilitate the purchase of group train tickets and we shall take the 9.38am train that arrives at Hanborough at 10.56am. Train ticket : Hanborough return. The walk shall commence by 11am. Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket, walking shoes boots or trainers. Meetup fee £8 payable in cash or £6 by Friday by bank transfer in advance, details available upon request. No PayPal. We shall have a drink at the end of the walk. Please make sure that you have adequate and appropriate insurance for this type of activity and you should be fit enough to walk 2.5 miles per hour. We shall aim to take the 5.18pm train from Hanborough that arrives back at 6.26pm. Please only post photos of others with their consent. My number is 07714250849.
