HSP Meetup: "I may be HSP but am I also me"

Do you relate to Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS)? Want to hang out with like-minded people? Not sure but want to find out more? Feel free to share your experiences or just come and listen.

This meet up's theme will be: "I may be HSP but I am also me"
This topic is about identify and how HSP fits into your narrative.

I've picked up this topic from Ying, who had the cancel the event earlier this year https://www.meetup.com/hsp-berlin/events/314960330 due bad weather. This time we have our own room in the library and are not dependent of the weather.

Meet up has a semi-structured format:
- Arrivals and settling down
- A short introduction about the Meetup and HSP.
- Then a little ice-breaker round and we will go into the topic.
- We take a break at some point and then can also talk about all kinds of topics. If there are a lot of participants\, we'll split into smaller groups so it doesn't get too overwhelming.

Exact location:
I've organized a large conference room in the library, which we can use on the 7th November from the time 11 am to 2 pm
The room is located behind the workshop in the entrance area (ground floor) of the library. I will be there at 11 am to prepare the room.
