Public speaking workshop: How to speak spontaneously!

She is a professional coach with the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, and the founder of BeCoach Academy, where she trains people in coaching and leadership skills. She is also the author of The Gift of Being Unfulfilled at Work. Outside of coaching, she explores creative expression through improv theatre, dancing, and singing. Vincent Fischer placed third in the Bavarian Public Speaking Championship in 2024. He has been a passionate Toastmaster for 13 years and has delivered numerous workshops and mentoring sessions. He has served as Vice President Education, Membership and Public Relations, as well as in various other Toastmasters roles. As an Agile Coach, Vincent's motto is "make things simple and practical".
