Hōga Club is back in September with an anime classic! Join us for Ghost in the Shell, Mamoru Oshii’s groundbreaking 1995 sci-fi anime, back on the big screen in a beautiful 4K remaster for its 30th anniversary. If you’ve never seen Ghost in the Shell on the big screen—or just want to experience it again with fellow Japanese film fans—come join us! We recommend purchasing your ticket in advance so you can grab a good seat! Sunday, September 20 4:00 PM – Screening Regal Webster Place 1471 W. Webster Ave., Chicago The film runs about 1 hour 23 minutes. After the movie, we're thinking of heading over to Beck's Chicago, right across from the theater, for dinner, drinks, and some Hōga Club catch-up!
