Black Friday Sterling Lake Loop Hike

Why Stay Home when you can join us for a hike around Sterling Lake. This is our 9th annual Black Friday hike and we are excited to have you join us this year.

We will meet at the Sterling Forest State Park Visitor Center (VC) for departure at 10:00am. We will be following the blue blazes counterclockwise. This is a moderate 4 mile hike.

Hiking boots/shoes are ESSENTIAL! Poles are not necessary. Note that cell service is lacking for many carriers in this location. Plan accordingly.

Post hike and weather permitting, Melissa and I will be staying for a picnic lunch we will bring some hot chocolate and treats for everyone. Feel free to stay and enjoy your lunch with us (bring a chair).
