This is a paid, full-day workshop. Tickets are sold on Luma only: a Meetup RSVP alone does not reserve a seat. Venue: Localie Hub, Achtergracht 17-19, Amsterdam.
Your best opportunities die in your inbox. Your team’s die in everyone else’s.
A follow-up nobody owns. Meeting notes nobody reads. Everyone is told to use AI, and everyone is still copy-pasting into ChatGPT on their own.
On Saturday 21 November you build an AI Chief of Staff. You start with yours: it remembers everyone you meet, turns meeting notes into tasks, drafts replies in your voice and answers you on Telegram or Slack. Then you set it up so your team can plug in, each person with their own access, and nothing goes out until a human says yes.
On Monday, you’re the person on your team who made AI actually work.
You’ll learn how to

Build a shared CRM that fills itself from email, calendar and meeting notes, enriched with LinkedIn
Turn meeting notes into tasks and reminders, for you and your team
Decide who sees what: your inbox stays yours, shared work stays shared
Keep a human in the loop: agents draft, you approve before anything goes out
Run personal and team bots in Telegram or Slack
Write a Skill once, in your voice, and let your team reuse it

You leave with a working system for yourself and a setup your team can join. Rolling it out to a whole team takes longer than a Saturday, and we’ll show you where to start.

Your mentors

Dima Abramov, Product Lead at Foundever and Lovable Ambassador (Founding Cohort) & Certified Partner, Founder of Vibe Coding Amsterdam. Ran EurHack NL, one of the Netherlands’ largest student hackathons, and hosted VibeConf at Pathé Tuschinski.
Aleks Shamis - Co-founder and Managing Partner\, s16vc
A 4x founder and early-stage investor based in Amsterdam. Aleks co-founded and runs s16vc, a Founders-for-Founders fund investing from Pre-Seed to Series A across the US and Europe, backed by 200+ founder-operator LPs from companies like Miro, UiPath, Intercom, Datadog and HuggingFace. A self-described "fake VC," he became an investor to get inside the industry and reshape it around what founders actually need, and he runs the fund itself like a product.
