Exploring the Future of XR: Research from Rice University

This month, we're excited to welcome Dr. Robert LiKamWa, Associate Professor at Rice University and director of the Experiential Pixels Lab. His research explores the technologies and interactions that are shaping the future of XR, spanning areas such as spatial interaction, immersive interfaces, and real-world applications of AR and VR.

Robert will join us to share some of his lab's latest work and what they're learning at the intersection of immersive computing and human experience. We'll have more details about the talk soon!

We will, as always, discuss the latest AR and VR news, and demo the latest hardware and software. Members are welcome to share hardware and software they're developing, give reviews, or speak on topics. If you have something you'd like to present, reach out to us to let us know!
