In this live, demonstration-driven presentation, Alex Campomanes will show how agentic AI can dramatically expand the productive capacity of an individual — compressing work that once required specialized teams, lengthy development cycles and extensive technical resources.

The presentation will explore a larger transformation in the technology operating model: how organizations identify problems, define requirements, assemble teams, build solutions, test results and move work into production.

As AI takes on more of the routine development process, the most valuable capabilities shift toward business understanding, architecture, integration, trusted sources of truth, quality assurance, reconciliation and accountability.

Through a series of live demonstrations, Alex will show how agentic AI can move from an idea or business problem to a working solution in real time — across data, reporting, automation and entirely unexpected applications.

This is not a prediction about what AI might eventually accomplish. It is a practical demonstration of what is already possible — and a discussion about the organizational, cultural and workforce changes required to take advantage of it.
