Riverside, 72nd Street to Fort Tryon

A walk along the upper level of Riverside Park from 72nd St. to Fort Tryon with brief stops at Grants Tomb, Riverbank State Park, St. Francis Cabrini Shrine, Heather Garden. Bring water, lunch, and snack. About 8 miles at a moderate pace on paved and unpaved paths. Take the Great Saunter Fall Challenge. Register here to walk 32 miles over 16 days, starting Oct. 3.
