Feel the joyous nature of Kirtan meditation, experience a guided meditation and listen to a little yoga wisdom, with light refreshments to finish the evening in the company of like minded friends.
Join us each Sunday evening at St Helens Community Centre Glebe, for our weekly Sunday evening Kirtan, it’s meditation like no other.
