We know that this Vibration called Sound has the ability not only to change us on a consciousness level but also our vibration, our point of feeling.
Come to this Sound class and not only experience the vibration of Sound but have an all-knowing transformation of how Sound can change you on multiple levels. Come have the experience of Sound.
At the end of this workshop, you will experience a relaxing, healing, sound bath meditation. Feel free to bring a yoga mat and blanket if you like. Or you may sit in a chair for the sound bath.
