We're kicking off our first gathering, at a nice location near Amsterdam Centraal. If you would like to open up, share what you carry, feel supported and support others - this is the meetup for you. (You can read more in the group info.) Since this is the first meetup, if you sign up, please be so kind to join us :-) The agenda Arrival & check-in: A moment to settle in and share briefly how you feel Introduction of the meetup & rules Selection of 1 or 2 members who want to bring something to work through. You choose the kind of support you want: hear others' experiences, get empathy and warmth; get questions to help you think; or get advice. Everyone will support you in that way.
