1. When Good Teams Avoid Hard Decisions - Krasi Bozhinkova
Product and design teams have become dangerously well-behaved: collaborative, well-intentioned, and data-driven, yet often reluctant to make the hard decisions that give products direction. Until now, asking for more data, keeping options open, and seeking alignment have felt like responsible ways of working. But when shipping fast is the baseline and change moves faster than the evidence we rely on, avoiding difficult trade-offs comes at a cost: slow learning, diluted products, and decisions shaped by constraints rather than intent.
In this talk, Krasi will show why building at the speed of AI requires more than faster execution. It demands the judgment to commit to what matters most, make deliberate trade-offs, and accept uncertainty before all the evidence is in.

Krasi is a fractional CPO and founder of Owtcome, with over 20 years of experience leading product teams, driving innovation, and shaping product strategy. Her background in managing complex B2B products involving multimillion-dollar satellite investments has shaped her approach to high-stakes decision-making. Today, she helps AI and SaaS companies navigate uncertainty, make difficult trade-offs, and turn ambiguity into clear product direction. She is a speaker and workshop facilitator at product and design conferences, sharing her experience in product judgment and strategic design.

2. Great UX\, but will customers pay? - Dave Chiu
How offer design shapes customer behavior and business outcomes.
We spend a lot of time designing better products and user experiences. But even a great product doesn’t guarantee that customers will buy it.
What if the missing piece isn’t the product itself, but how we package, price and offer it?

In this short interactive talk, I’ll explore how different commercial decisions can influence customer perception, purchasing behavior and business outcomes.

Using a simple experiment, I’ll introduce a practical framework connecting value, offer design, customer behavior and business outcomes.

The aim is to bring a commercial perspective into UX and product design, showing how we can experiment not only with the user experience, but also with the way customers choose and pay.

Dave Chiu is a senior lecturer at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, and an independent consultant specializing in pricing, offer design, GTM, and commercial decision making.
He develops practical approaches that connect customer insights, product design and pricing to help businesses shape customer decisions and improve commercial outcomes.
