Deep Conversations ‘The Dark Side Series’

The 'Dark Side Series' is our space within Beautiful Minds for a deeper, more honest conversation. We look beyond the surface of cherished ideals to question their hidden complexities and unintended consequences. The aim is not cynicism, but discernment: the deeper understanding that comes from courageously exploring uncomfortable and complex truths.

The Dark Side of Meaning-Making

It's been a while since we've ventured into the Dark Side, so it feels a good time to return with a topic that strikes at the heart of what makes us human: our search for meaning.

We spend our lives making sense of things. We weave experiences into stories, search for patterns, and try to understand who we are and what's happening around us. Meaning helps us orient ourselves in a very complex world...yet not all complexity belongs to the world.

In this session, we'll explore the deeper layers of meaning-making, and how the stories we live by influence what we see, miss, and belive to be true.
