Whether you are just starting to experiment with cheesemaking in your kitchen or you have been tinkering with your own batches for a while, I would love for you to join us for our next gathering. We are getting together in Phoenix to talk through the nuances of the craft, share some of our recent successes and failures, and dive deeper into the techniques that turn simple ingredients into something special. This is a space to ask questions, share what you have learned, and connect with others who enjoy the patient process of working with curds and whey.

The plan is to keep things informal and focus on the practical side of the process. We will look at specific methods for controlling texture and flavor, and there will be plenty of time to chat about the local resources we use to source ingredients. If you appreciate the slow, methodical nature of cheesemaking and want to be part of a community that values the hands-on approach, you will fit right in.

If you think you can make it, please go ahead and RSVP so I have a better idea of how many folks to expect. It should be a great conversation, and I am looking forward to seeing everyone there.
