Red Tent Sanctuary: Returning to Yourself Come. Share. Renew. When was the last time you had a few hours that were truly about you? Join us for Returning to Yourself, an intimate Red Tent Sanctuary experience created for women who are ready to step away from the demands of everyday life, slow down, reconnect, and simply receive. Throughout our afternoon together, we’ll gather around a guided theme designed to inspire meaningful conversation, personal reflection, and authentic connection. You’ll have space to share as much—or as little—as feels comfortable. Your Red Tent Sanctuary experience may include: Guided Theme & Conversation — thoughtful topics that invite reflection and meaningful dialogue Journaling & Self-Reflection — intentional prompts to help you listen inward and reconnect with yourself Sound Bath & Meditation — an opportunity to quiet the mind, relax the body, and deeply rest Ritual & Mindful Practices — gentle experiences designed to bring you back into the present moment Food & Nourishment — because gathering around food is part of how we connect, share, and care for one another Sisterhood & Connection — time to simply be in community with other women This isn't a workshop where you need to arrive prepared or have all the answers. And you don't need any previous experience with women's circles, meditation, or spiritual practices. Just bring yourself. Come ready to exhale, enjoy good food, have meaningful conversations, reflect, laugh, rest, and perhaps rediscover a part of yourself that has been waiting for your attention. Sunday, September 27, 2026 1:00–5:00 PM Location: Elora All Things Essential (Savage Mill, Savage, MD 20763) For more information visit: www.eloraessentials.co/events Give yourself the afternoon. We'll hold the space. Come. Share. Renew.
