⚠️ Important: Crowd & Group Management Disclaimer

Halloween on Church Street attracts thousands of people, and the crowds can become extremely dense throughout the evening.

Please keep the following in mind:

Everyone is responsible for staying connected with the group. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to help everyone stay together, but it may not always be possible in such a large crowd.
Keep your phone charged and stay in touch through our Meetup/WhatsApp group.
If you get separated, contact the group and coordinate a convenient meeting point. Avoid assuming the organizer will be able to locate or personally escort everyone.
Keep your belongings secure and remain aware of your surroundings.
Please respect everyone’s personal space, ask permission before taking close-up photos, and be considerate of other attendees.
The organizer cannot guarantee that the entire group will remain together throughout the evening or that everyone will gain entry to a bar.

Please participate responsibly and make your own arrangements if you decide to leave the group or stay out later.
