Yoga at Hickory Park

Hello South Bay! Come enjoy the tranquility of yoga at Hickory park in Torrance. This class is donation based class. (Suggested price $10-$20) Your generosity is graciously appreciated. Morning is the perfect time to challenge and detoxify our bodies. We will work on improving our flexibility and muscular strength. New to yoga? Experienced yogi? That is great. I share modification poses for students at all levels. - All are welcome! No restrictions of age and gender. (under the age of 18 attending the event must be accompanied by an adult.)
