This practice session is facilitated by Mironel, and the theme is "NVC Consciousness" ─ related to chapter 1 "Giving from the heart" from Marshall Rosenberg's book "Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life". Participants are encouraged to read at least that chapter before the session, for best learning and practice benefits.

General introduction:
We will study and apply together Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in English. This is a revolutionary way of relating authentically with yourself and others through building consciousness around: Empathy and Self-Empathy, Compassion, Emotional Freedom, Self-Expression among other essential elements!
The goal is to grow our capacity to communicate and exist in Truth from the Heart.

Practical information:
If you are brand-new to NVC, you may enjoy watching an introduction so you can come with questions and the first ideas about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7TONauJGfc

At 19:45 we will be online and in presence in Geneva to welcome participants, offer a general introduction and answer questions for newcomers before the actual practice session starts at 20:00.
Suggested donation is 5+ CHF for the expenses of Zoom, Meetup, website and NVC Geneva, you may find details here: http://NVCGeneva.ch/giving
