Free Saturday Meditation for All

We would like to invite you to join Free Saturday Meditation for All, between 5 p.m. - 6.30 p.m. at Brisbane Meditation Centre (a non-profit organization) All are welcome. We practice a non-denominational meditation that anyone can feel comfortable doing regardless of age, religion, cultural background, or meditation level. Come to experience the relaxation, and discover the power within you! The class will have everything necessary for meditation available to everyone. Meditation is guided by a Thai Theravada Buddhist monk. The cost of attending the meditation class is free. However, your support & donation are appreciatively welcomed.
