Free Kirtan and Mantra Meditation

We are so excited to have a beautiful new space for our Tuesday meditation gatherings at Trillium Lutheran Church! The entrance is just around the side of the building between the 2 parking lots. We will have signs.

Join us for a beautiful gathering of Mantra Meditation and Kirtan. Together, we will chant sacred mantras, inviting spiritual happiness and love into our hearts.

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this weekly gathering is open to everyone. Bring your heart, your voice, and your presence, and immerse yourself in this calming and uplifting experience.

You are welcome to stay after the meditation for some warm tea and yummy vegan treats with friends.

7:00pm – 7:05pm: Welcome and settle in
7:05pm – 8:30pm: Mantra Meditation (breathing, beads, kirtan)
8:30pm - 9:00pm: Tea and vegan goodies will be served

Location: Trillium Lutheran Church, "Chapel” Entrance at the side of the building

Parking: Plenty of parking available in the church parking lot at the back
Building Access: Please enter through the SIDE DOORS between the 2 parking lots.
