Sharing Circle for Everyone

The Sharing Circle is a safe space for all people to talk about whatever is on their mind, vent, and perhaps exchange ideas or experiences. Everyone is welcome to join. The Sharing Circle is inclusive to accommodate everyone. It's important to know that you can join regardless of what's going on in your life. Whether you're going through a difficult period or simply had a bad day, no problem is too big or too small to talk about. At the same time, people are welcome to just come and listen. You don't have to talk. Being present for yourself or for others can often be enough. Sometimes just listening to other people can make a difference.
