7.25 to 7.50 mile moderate pace hike starting with Washington Turnpike and out to the fire tower to find the Batona Trail. We will follow the Batona Trail to The Batsto River and lunch. And then back on the White Trail and along the River. Bring lunch and beverage. Meet at Batsto Village parking.
Bring a snack, drink and lunch. Bring a hat, sunscreen and insect spray.
There are bathrooms at the start.
Arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and use the bathrooms.
