Welcome to our very first gathering with On The Bright Side! This is an easygoing, heartwarming space designed to help you unwind, share good vibes, and connect with kind people in our community.
There is zero preparation needed : no experience, no pressure, and nothing to bring. Just show up as you are!

What to Expect:

Ground & Relax: We’ll kick things off with a brief, gentle breathing exercise to help us drop the busyness of the day and feel present together.
Warm Conversations & Stories: The heart of our event is simple human connection. We’ll share uplifting personal stories, lighthearted anecdotes, or small moments of joy in a relaxed, encouraging circle.
Mindful Unwind: We’ll wrap up by learning a simple, soothing origami folding technique together. It’s completely beginner-friendly and all paper materials are provided!
