Discover nature’s edible treasures beneath the autumn leaves! You can expect an introduction to the edible and medicinal plants, trees and fungi of the season. You’ll learn how to identify different species, discover their traditional culinary and medicinal uses, and find out how to harvest them responsibly. Along the way, you’ll also learn about folk herbalism and hear some fascinating folklore tales connected to the plants and fungi you encounter.
