Social Walk Along the Regent's Canal - Camden Town to Paddington
Come along on Sunday 23rd August for a Social walk along the Regent's Canal, from Camden Town to Paddington. About the walk London's canal's and the architecture of the buildings that back onto them are a part of many Londoner's don't get to see, the Regent's Canal which we will be walking along was built in 1816 as part of a regeneration of the area. We will be having a social walk along the Regent's Canal, from Camden Town to Paddington. The walk is along the canal path and is about 2.5 miles. Along the route, we will go through: Camden Lock, travelling through Regents Park, London Zoo, St John's Wood and onto Paddington Basin where we finish. The nearest tube station after we finish is Paddington. Cost Cost is free for Full Members and £5 per person for everyone else (payable by cash, Bank Transfer or PayPal on the day). Click 'Next', then 'Goods & Services', then 'For Friends & Family', then 'Continue' Afterwards After we will head to the 'Royal Exchange pub', 26 Sale Place at 4pm for a chat over a drink. If you can make it, please come to the pub afterwards, as it’s a great way to meet and get to know others after the visit. Please note, we only wait outside the station for 10 minutes after the advertised meeting time, so please be early or on time. If you can't see us outside the station, please text.
