A Year of Spiritual Healing

You are warmly invited to this ECK Light and Sound Service, which focuses on working with Divine Spirit in our daily life. The theme will be, A Year of Spiritual Healing; What needs healing in your life?

"Spiritual Healing brings harmony, clarity and balance to mind, heart, and spirit. It also means change. What are you willing to accept or do to become more whole?"

—Sri Doug Kunin

ECK Light and Sound Services are held at the Nashville ECK Center every other month on the first Sunday. Services feature singing HU, and may include creative arts, group discussion, and guest speakers. Services last about an hour and are followed by refreshments and fellowship.

"HU, the ancient, sacred Sound and mantra, the Audible Life Current, is the language of love that comes from the Creator. We can make contact now with the Light and Soundand the unconditional love."
—Sri Doug Kunin

See your heart as a seedbed of fertile soil. You’ve already planted the seeds of spiritual growth: your spiritual, career, or relationship dreams. You’ve got some goals, and you’ve planted them in this spiritual soil.
Sing HU and watch the light pour into your heart. It’s like the sun. Maybe you want to allow a gentle rain to fall to nourish those seeds. Remember, the magic secret ingredient is love. Open your heart to a love for life. Now see where that takes you.
Everything is already here for us, just waiting to be discovered. And this contemplation is a time you can return to the source and remember how much you are loved.
—Sri Doug Kunin
