"Festival of Trees" at Orlando Museum of Art

The holiday season is right around the corner, and the Museum's "Festival of Trees" will be taking place for one week only - from November 14-22. I have heard that this is great annual event so let's check it out! The 18th also happens to be "Salute to Seniors" day. See the description and the weblinks below. Don't delay in purchasing your tickets (adults $23, seniors $15), as this is a very popular holiday event and may sell out! Lunch in the cafe is optional. Hope to see you on the 18th!

For nearly four decades, the Council of 101’s Festival of Trees has marked the start of the holiday season in Orlando. The tradition returns to the Orlando Museum of Art, Nov. 14–22, with its 40th annual celebration themed “Forty Seasons of Joy”
Guests will be surrounded by dazzling displays including more than 50 designer-decorated trees, festive wreaths, gingerbread creations, holiday vignettes, and tabletop displays. Visitors can shop in the Holiday Boutique, stroll Santa Claus Lane, enjoy live entertainment scheduled daily, and dine in the Festival Café. On weekends, Santa Claus will be on hand for photos and meet-and-greets from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. New events include creative holiday workshops.
