This is a time to meet others who are interested in whole food plant-based eating. You are invited to share your experiences, successes, and challenges with plant based eating.
This is a pot-luck. So bring any type of plant based ( vegan) dish. (Enough for 6 people) Please bring a list of ingredients in your dish so that those with allergies or other food related concerns will know what is in your dish.
Water and dinnerware will be supplied.
A short ( 10-15 minute) presentation about some aspect of plant based nutrition will be given by the host, Dr Michael Rehbein(retired) . Dr. Rehbein is plant based pediatrician.
