🍁Silver Falls State Park Hike with Fall Colors🍁

Escape into an enchanting autumn wonderland at Silver Falls State Park! Fall is undeniably the most magical time of year to visit: the vine maples and bigleaf maples turn electric shades of gold, amber, and a touch of red, casting vibrant reflections across misty canyon pools and mossy basalt cliffs.

We’ll be taking the Silver Falls Lower Loop, one of the park’s most rewarding and scenic routes. This hike delivers maximum waterfall magic, where we'll see 7 of the 10 waterfalls at the park. We'll walk behind roaring cascades and into hidden cavern alcoves where we'll feel the cool breeze and thundering pulse of the falls up-close.

\WHAT TO BRING\

Cash ($12 for gas, if carpooling, and a few dollars from each person for the $10 parking pass)

\WHERE TO MEET\
We'll meet at 8am at the NE corner of the Barbur Boulevard Park & Ride (click on the Google map below for the exact location) and carpool from there. Passengers, please pay your driver 12 for gas costs. You can also meet us at the South Falls Lodge Trailhead at 9:20am. Parking is 10 (unless you have a State Park Pass). Everyone in the car will need to chip in if a parking pass is needed.
