On 26 November 2026, the second edition of Praat Nederlands Dag (Speak Dutch Day) will take place. Following its successful launch in 2025, this initiative by Leiden International Centre has grown into a nationwide collaboration between international centres across the Netherlands, with the aim of encouraging internationals to learn Dutch and use it in their everyday lives. Language Corner will also be part of it!

Tell your Story like a Pro!

In this Storytelling in Dutch Masterclass, you’ll boost your Dutch skills through creative storytelling, learning to express yourself naturally, confidently, and correctly in a fun and interactive way to make it outstanding. This masterclass is designed and led by one of our expert teachers at Language Corner Amsterdam.

During this interactive class, you’ll:
🗣️ Practise storytelling & creative speaking & writing
💬 Strengthen your sentence structure (Yes, sentence structure! as you will be guided by a teacher)
💡 Expand your vocabulary, especially emotions, descriptions, and actions through guided assignments
🔗 Learn to use connectors for smoother, more fluent speech!

This masterclass is open for levels A2 and higher (not for beginners) and focuses on helping you communicate ideas clearly in Dutch! And remember we focus on each of you telling a story, it is not about levels, but on mastering your own storytelling skills!
