Mixed group run. 10K

Mix of paces in this group from 6:30 min per km to close to 5 min per km. For those that want to do a longer distance, they will probably start earlier and link up with us for 9AM If you are doing one of the earlier runs (Such as Harry's run), please sign up for this too. Ideally we will run the trails if they are not too wet. Meet near the bus stop at the visitors centre car park. If you have any question, please get in touch.
