SESSION 05 - OWN YOUR IDEAS. SURVIVE THE PUSHBACK.

Ever watched your idea come back five minutes later with someone else’s name on it?
Yeah. No.

But owning your ideas isn’t just about getting the credit.
What happens when someone disagrees? Challenges you? Shuts it down? Or turns it into a conversation you really don’t want to have?

This session is about putting your ideas into the room, backing them properly and handling the pushback without losing your point - or losing the room.
Own the idea. Have the hard conversation. Move it forward.
