Fortnightly Board Games

We meet upstairs at the Old Monkey on Portland Street every other Monday. Games begin throughout the evening, so if you arrive before 7:30pm, you should have no trouble joining in.

We usually have 20-30 people attending each night.

We play a wide variety of games, from casual party games to complex strategy titles and Eurogames. Everyone is welcome, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned enthusiast. We always explain the rules before starting, and we're happy to help new players as they learn. Whether you come on your own or with friends, we'll do our best to match you with a group that suits your experience level and interests.

You can view photos from some of our previous events here.

We're a community-led gaming night and usually have plenty of games available. That said, there's always room for more, especially games that people know well enough to teach. So if you've got a favourite game you'd like to bring along, feel free to do so!
