5-0-🌲: Sauvie Island Tree Energy Workshop

This is exciting! We are being graced with a unique workshop from local tree energy expert Flora Rudolph.

Flora regularly teaches tree energy classes at Hoyt Arboretum and Skamania Lodge, leads the Meeting Trees group, and is the creator of the popular deck of Tree Transformation Cards.

We’ll meet on beautiful Sauvie Island, at the Wapato Trail at noon. The Wapato Access Greenway State Park is a 170-acre, day-use park and bird refuge along Virginia Lake. There are gorgeous trees, including many cottonwood and Oregon white oaks. We plan to leisurely walk the 2.4-mile loop around the park during our time together.

When you experience connecting with trees, you open a whole new world—one that lifts you out of mental clutter and daily patterns, and moves you into clarity, presence, renewal, and even messages from the trees.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to actually meet a tree and feel how each species offers a unique energy transmission.

After introductions and a short 💨 hangout, Flora will start us with a Tree Transformation Oracle Card reading for personal insight, followed by gentle qigong to open your energy centers and ground you in presence.

From this centered place, you’ll be guided to meet the trees that call to you—receiving the energy and wisdom you need.

Bring your curiosity and questions.
