UX Walk 3 : Pasar Seni | Same Streets, New Perspectives

Join us for Product Thinking UX Walk 3 at Pasar Seni, Kuala Lumpur. A UX Walk is a simple activity where we walk through a real place and observe how people experience it. UX means User Experience basically, how easy, clear, comfortable, or frustrating something feels when people use a product, service, system, or space. For example: Is the signage easy to understand? Can a first-time visitor find their way? Are important facilities easy to notice? Where do people stop, hesitate, or look confused? Is the space comfortable and accessible? Do digital and physical touchpoints work well together? During the walk, we will explore Pasar Seni through different perspectives and discuss what works, what may be confusing, and what could be improved. You do not need to be a UX designer. This session is open to anyone interested in: people, products, design, business, technology, services, cities, or simply understanding everyday experiences better.
