5:55 PM | Arrival & Setup: Drop off salads or sides on the round table and place individual sparkling drinks in the ice chest. The Bronco game ends about 6:00 PM.
6:15 PM | Prayer & Dinner: John and Frances will serve herb-roasted wild salmon caught in North Dakota by John Olson.
6:30 PM | Trivia: John will facilitate fun trivia questions celebrating unique November 1 observances, including All Saints' Day, World Vegan Day, Día de los Muertos, Daylight Saving Time Ends, and various national food days.
6:45 PM | Birthday Celebration: Celebrate Martha Alice LoVell's birthday (10/31) with dessert.
7:00 PM | Cinema Screening: Watch the 2002 biblical telefilm The Apocalypse (96 mins), starring Richard Harris in one of his final film roles as John Revelation. The movie places the complex imagery of the Book of Revelation directly into its historical first-century context of Roman persecution.
8:40 PM | Post-Movie Discussion: Frances and John and Frances will lead a meaningful conversation reflecting on All Saints' Day and how it connects to John and the disciples (Revelation 7:9).
9:30 PM | Departure: Guests must pack up leftovers and clear personal gear before heading home.
Logistics & Guest Requirements:
Cost & Atmosphere: This event is completely Free! It is strictly a dry gathering.
Seating: Seating is limited, so guests must be present on time to ensure a spot.
Meals: Herb-roasted wild salmon dinner and cake are provided. Guests are asked to bring a side dish or salad to share.
