50km [+310M] (-> GC% 0.62) wander including Rouse Hill, The Ponds, M7, Seven Hills, Parramatta, Rookwood. Mainly on paths and backstreets. Plenty of parkland, very few traffic lights!
Brunch after 32km at "Good George", Parramatta Park.
(No coffee-shop open near start)!
Av. led speed on flat (where safe) 22 kph, overall 17 -19 kph.

After Rookwood cemetery, we pass thru the "hole-in-the-wall" on Centenary Drive". Some riders might prefer to follow the Cooks River route homeward from there, rather than follow the leader east to Strathfield Stn.
