English Speaking Mindful Play & Meditation in the Park - All levels🌿

Glimmers are those small moments that bring us back to calm: the smell of coffee in the morning, a beer with friends after work, that film you’d been wanting to see… This session wants to be just that: a glimmer for you. One hour outdoors to play, move, laugh and disconnect from everyday life.

🗣️ This session will be held in English. No need to be a native speaker, just come as you are!

This space is for you if you want to:

Let go of the week’s stress and slow down.
Connect with yourself and the here and now.
Meet new people in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Spend some time laughing and having fun.

How will we do it?
Through playful activities, movement and a moment of meditation, always in a comfortable and trusting environment. You choose which games to join in.

What to bring: comfortable clothes, water and a yoga mat or towel.
If it rains: we’ll let you know here the day before and the session will be postponed.
Requirements: a willingness to have fun. 18+ only.

Facilitator
Braian: coach, improviser and clown. Master’s in Emotional Intelligence and Coaching (EAE Business School). He has been facilitating personal development workshops through play since 2019.

Where? Parc de Can Solei i Ca l’Arnús (Badalona).
