So we’re crossing the border once again for a last-minute day trip to Combarro, Sanxenxo and Portonovo. 🌊 Combarro alone is worth the journey. ✨ A beautiful fishing village on the Ría de Pontevedra, with narrow granite streets, traditional Galician houses and the famous hórreos standing right beside the sea. And come hungry. 🐙🦐 Galicia is famous for its seafood: octopus, mussels, clams, scallops, grilled fish, empanada… preferably with a drink overlooking the water. 🍷 Then we continue to Sanxenxo, with its marina, promenade, restaurants and famous Silgar Beach, before heading to Portonovo, known for its fishing-port atmosphere, seafood and beaches such as Baltar. 🏖️ If September gives us a sunny day, we may even enjoy one last beach day of the year. ☀️ ONE DAY.
