ABOUT THE LUNCH & LEARN
The AlamoREIA Lunch & Learn is designed to be smaller, relaxed, interactive, and practical.
This isn't about sitting through another long presentation.
It's an opportunity to sit around the table with other investors, learn from our guest speaker, discuss real-world investing strategies, ask questions, exchange ideas, and build relationships with people who understand what you're trying to accomplish.
Each month we explore different areas of real estate investing, which may include:

Finding and analyzing deals
Rental properties and cash flow
Wholesaling and flipping houses
Creative financing
Private money and funding
Negotiation strategies
Property management
Rehab and repair strategies
Local San Antonio market insights
Building and scaling an investing business
Solving real-world deal challenges

The goal is simple:
Leave lunch knowing something you didn't know before—and knowing a few more people who could help you along the way.

THE RELATIONSHIPS MATTER TOO
Some of the most valuable conversations happen before the meeting starts, after it ends, or with the person sitting across the table from you.
You may meet:

Another investor with experience you can learn from
A buyer for your next deal
Someone who knows about an opportunity
A potential lender or funding source
A contractor or service provider
A future referral partner
Someone who can help solve a problem you're working through
Or someone who needs exactly what you have to offer

That's why we encourage everyone to participate in the conversation.

Our mission goes beyond simply hosting meetings.

We bring investors together to create access to the things that help people move forward:
Relationships • Opportunities • Money • Education
Because sometimes the next step isn't another video, podcast, or book.
Sometimes it's meeting the right person, hearing the right idea, or having the right conversation.

Join us for lunch and get connected with the San Antonio real estate investing community.

Come hungry. Order what you'd like. Bring your questions, ideas, and goals.
We'll see you at the table.
