Halo-Halo: Our Intersectional Histories and Mixed Identities

Join San Antonio Public Library and the Filipino American National Historical Society – San Antonio for a presentation in celebration of Filipino American History Month exploring historical intersections and mixed-race or cross-cultural experiences. The event highlights connections between Filipina/o/x American, Chicana/o/x, African American, and Pacific Islander histories—from the Zoot Suit Riots to labor movements and San Antonio history—followed by an open community discussion.
