Join us for a yoga session at the Bethell Field House.
You need only bring a yoga mat or towel if you'd like to use one. We’ll start with a brief meet-and-greet, followed by a 50-minute yoga session suitable for all levels.
Sometimes, after yoga, we head out for a social gathering! When we do, it’s usually at McLaren’s Pool Hall, where you’re welcome to join us for a relaxed game of pool. No experience is needed—we’re happy to show you how to play!
