If you have been working on your sourdough starter at home or just have a genuine interest in the process of bread making, we would love for you to join us at the next Salford Rise and Grind Sourdough Social. This is a relaxed, informal gathering for anyone in the community who enjoys the craft of baking. Whether you are still trying to master your first loaf or you are a seasoned baker who has been doing this for years, this is a space to share tips, troubleshoot common issues, and talk about our latest bakes over a coffee.

There is no formal agenda beyond bringing people together who share this hobby. We usually spend the time swapping notes on hydration percentages, proofing times, or even sharing bits of starter if anyone is looking to refresh their supply. It is really just an excuse to connect with neighbors who appreciate a good crust and a slow fermentation process.
