Visualizing Peace Indicators by Interactive Things

Everyday lived experiences can be hard to compare across countries, but they often capture what matters most in daily life. Join us for a presentation by designers and developers from Interactive Things, where we will share our approach to visualizing qualitative peace indicators from across the world for the organization Everyday Peace Indicators. Our project team will share how we ensured that human voices are adequately represented throughout the project: turning a vast set of 20,000 personal statements into an exploratory online visualization and an immersive physical exhibition that helps visitors connect with the human stories on a personal level.
