Friday Night Drum Circle

Whether you are by yourself or with a friend...everyone is welcome here. All ages from 5 to 105. What to expect. For 2 hours we will journey together in rhythm and sometimes song. We have drums and percussions for you to use or bring your own. First hour is energetic drumming, we break for 20 minutes and serve tea and cookies. This is a great time to chat and connect with new people. After that we set up a rhythm cradle where you can slow down and experience the rhythms wash over you. Soothing and releasing at the same time. Throughout the evening there will be games and rhythms to join in or add your own song to ours. Come drum and have some fun....every Friday night.
