DISTANCE: Approx. 6 to 8 km practical walking
TERRAIN: Woodland trails, open countryside, gentle hills
DURATION: Full day with practical exercises throughout

TRAINS: London Euston to Tring 09:25 to Tring (arrives 10:02,
TICKETS: Return to Tring Contactless, accepted
START: 10:10 from Tring Station

HIKE FINISH: Approx. 17:00 at Tring Station
RETURN TRAINS: Every 30 to 40 minutes

Please ensure your map is protected from the weather. We highly recommend buying the laminated, waterproof OS Explorer Active 181 edition. If you choose the standard paper version, please bring a waterproof map case. Alternatively, we can provide laminated loan sheets for use during the course.
