Most of us think confidence means being the loudest in the room. It doesn’t. The most confident people are the ones who don’t need to prove anything. They’re comfortable in their own skin, and everyone around them relaxes too.
In this two-hour workshop, you’ll use playful improv exercises to quieten the inner critic, stop overthinking and trust yourself in the moment. No script, no right answers and no pressure.
Your facilitator: Salman Qureshi, Lead Facilitator at The Other Room, with 15 years as a stand-up comedian, improviser, actor and corporate facilitator.
Open to everyone, whether you’ve never tried improv or you’ve been doing it for years.
Price: 200 AED. This is one of four drop-in workshops this November. Save with a bundle: 370 AED for any two or 660 AED for all four, available on our website: https://otherroomworks.com/at-ease-confidence-workshop.html
